FINANCIAL POLICY

A breakdown of all applicable fees will be discussed, in full, as treatment is diagnosed. Our office will be happy to file your dental claims for you. We accept insurance assignment, therefore you will be asked to make your estimated co-payment at the time of service. If after 60 days your insurance has not paid our office, the account balance is due and payable. However, we will continue to help you with your claim until it is settled.

Payment Options

• We accept and file all insurance
• Major credit cards are accepted
• No interest financing for up to 12 months (Care Credit)
• A 5% discount for payment in full when restorative or cosmetic treament begins


 

 

In Case Of Emergency

We hope that you will never experience a dental emergency, but if you ever do, we want you to know that we are always available to help you.

If, during office hours, you are having pain or experiencing an emergency, such as a broken tooth, please call us immediately so that we may schedule the best available time for you. We will do everything possible to give you highest priority and immediately treat the cause of the problem.

Should an emergency occur after hours, you may call Dr. Morris at 886-6018. At the sound of the beep, please leave your message.

Incidentally, you will be glad to know that, because of our comprehensive examinations, our patients experience very few emergencies.
